Located on the Tierra del Fuego archipelago, Ushuaïa is a tourist city in Argentina. Its nickname of the “end of the world” is linked to the fact that this city is located on the southernmost point of America. This city is in a cold region where temperatures generally range between -1 and 14 degrees throughout the year. Indeed, Ushuaïa is the gateway to cruises in Antarctica and excursions to its neighboring island “Isla Martillo”, namely the island of penguins.
But what is there to do in this city at the end of the world?
The best time to travel to this region is from November to March, because it is at this time that the temperatures are the most pleasant (between 3 degrees in the morning and 15 degrees in the afternoon). Count at least two stopovers and one day of travel to get there. But this trip is worth the detour! Many activities are possible in the city of Ushuaïa and its surroundings. During this stay, you are certainly likely to feel cut off from the world, and this, for your greater good.
